The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Multi Operations Specialist – Video Security Technology and Systems to join the team in Seattle, WA; Mesa, AZ; or Berkeley, MO.
We are seeking a Mid-level Multi Operations Specialist to join Boeing’s Physical Security Technology team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and administration for video security systems in a fast-paced, complex environment. This candidate should have strong project management, communication, and organizational skills..
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate service tickets and escalations related to video security systems
• Maintain, service, troubleshoot, and administer critical video security technology systems
• Program, configure, and optimize Video Security Systems (VS&S), including IP cameras, recorders, and video management software
• Perform video system health checks, firmware updates, and system upgrades
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and collaborate with network teams to resolve connectivity issues affecting video systems
• Manage technical integration projects and schedule-driven tasks related to video security technology deployments
• Collaborate with Security Vendors, Security & Fire Operations (S&FO), Facilities, IT, and internal business partners
• Consult with internal customers and external organizations to recommend improvements, alternative solutions, and enhancements for video security systems
• Contribute to change management and process improvement initiatives focused on video security operations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of systems hardware and/or software troubleshooting and corrective action experience
• 3+ years of experience with networks and network communication protocols
• 3+ years supporting change management and process improvement activities
• 3+ years coordinating and/or leading schedule-driven tasks
• Experience with video security systems hardware and software (e.g., IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS platforms)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Video Security Systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Experience with video analytics tools and software
• Experience communicating with management at all levels
• Experience with Technical writing and editing
• Experience working independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services or similar remote management tools
• Experience with effective time and workload management skills
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices for video security systems

Summary pay range: $88,400 - $127,650
