The Role overview:

Our teams are growing, and we are looking for a Mid Front-End Developer with strong experience in modern JavaScript frameworks to work within a service-oriented architecture.

While our current front-end stack is centered on Vue.js, we are open to developers with React experience with willingness to transition to Vue.js. We encourage candidates from both backgrounds to apply.

The full suite of digital solutions includes world-class mobile application development, interactive games, player engagement platforms, iLottery systems and services, plus a variety of software solutions to help lotteries manage their operations.

As a Front-End Developer, you will collaborate daily with the customer’s team and play a key role in the design and development of scalable, user-facing web applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design analysis and implementation of front-end solutions

• Active participation in discussions with designers for UI/UX improvements and clarification of visual components

• Research and assessment of new technologies that enhance user experience and scalability

• Ownership and implementation of specific solution components

• Writing robust, high-performance, and maintainable front-end code

• Creating clean, reusable, and scalable components

• Participation in daily scrums and agile ceremonies

• Meeting delivery timelines and estimates within agile processes

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer with a track record of building complex, high-performing web applications using JavaScript

• Proficiency in Vue.js and Nuxt.js is preferred – but we also welcome strong React developers open to transitioning into Vue.js

• Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture and design patterns

• Very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

• Experience with RESTful APIs and close collaboration with backend developers

• Very good skills in Git and version control – able to navigate complex collaboration scenarios and resolve merge conflicts confidently

• A proactive, user-focused approach to UI/UX decisions

• Debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable working in agile environments with collaborative teams

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
