Role Requirements
Microstrategy Developer, Sr UX Desinger

1. Proven track record of creating UI designs for mobile and web product implementations.
2. Experience in creating functional designs for HTML, CSS and JavaScript applications and user standard principles.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices.
4. Demonstrated delivery of multiple complex projects.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
5. Minimum 5 years of current and hands-on experience with web and mobile design.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Strong customer service skills.
8. Experience working with dedicated and matrixed resources.
9. Ability to establish / build cross divisional relationships / collaboration.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and Sr. management on both the business and IT sides.

Role SOW
Microstrategy Developer, Sr UX Desinger 1. Work with initiative leads, business areas, business architects, stakeholders, subject matter experts, Business Analysts, technical support groups and test teams to define and accomplish MSTR responsibilities.
2. Refine and decompose requirements to the level of detail required to initiate development.
3. Develop and Document MSTR UX Design.
4. Significantly contribute in designing interactive dashboards which are visually insightful.
5. Generate rapid prototypes to help illustrate complex user experience solutions or interaction designs
6. Able to drive the user experience across all platforms based upon high level requirements.
7. Manage usability testing while working with business and development teams.
8. Document provided feedback on designs and implement adjustments to attain project objectives.
9. Drive the user experience across multiple projects based upon high level requirements
10. Translate user requirements into concepts and wireframes
