Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

End client requires candidates to go through normal Unisys screens PLUS education (highest degree earned) and employment (last 5 years) verification.

Position Overview:
• Position will Lead the Unified Communications and Messaging Teams in providing Level 2/3 Operational Support for Client, as well as be the single point of escalation for Level 4 support.
• This role will be responsible for solving highly complex problems where analysis of situations or data will require an in-depth evaluation of the situation.
• This position will be required to provide guidance to Unisys Operational Support personnel and work directly with customers and vendors.
• This position requires 5 to 10+ years of experience and expertise in profession.

Responsibilities:
• Client Operational Team Lead for Unified Communications (UC) and Messaging technologies running on both On-premise and in Microsoft’s Office 365 Cloud solution.
• Subject Matter Expert for both UC and Messaging technologies integrated into the Client environment.
• Provides Level 4 Operational Support for all UC and Messaging solutions within the Client environment.
• Work with other Unisys teams to coordinate projects, timelines and integration of systems.
• Provide recommendations regarding improvement and enhancements of the systems environment supporting UC and Messaging technologies.
• Test, where appropriate and possible, in a production simulated laboratory environment any new UC and Messaging technology prior to production implementation.
• Provide recommendations on optimizing the performance of the systems environment, including reconfiguration, maintenance and/or upgrades.
• Build and Develop relationships with Microsoft and other vendors that are supporting the Client UC and Messaging solution.
• Train Level 3 and Level 2 engineers on operating and supporting the Client UC and Messaging solution.
• Provide level 3 support to Service Desk and Level 2 engineers.
• Gain a working knowledge of and keep current on Client process and procedures for Incident/Task handling

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of working with Lync 2013 or Microsoft Skype for Business, and PBX technologies
• 8+ years of working with Microsoft Exchange and O365 Exchange Online technologies
• 5-7 years of Microsoft and Networking Technical Experience
• Proven experience in Unified Communications Migrations for large global enterprises
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Enterprise Mobility Services, System Center Configuration Manager and Intune and other technologies related to Workspace Productivity Services
• Proven ability to work on large-scale global deployments in multiple locations
• Strong understanding of networks and related WAN/LAN technologies
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Network communications
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologies required for this position
• Expert-Level in Unified Communications technologies such as Lync 2013, Skype for Business, and PBX solutions.
• Expert-Level in Messaging technologies such as Exchange 2016 and Office 365 Exchange Online.
• High-Level understanding of telephony carrier integration
• High-Level understanding of complex dial-plans
• High-Level understanding of Emergency Services integration
• Strong understanding of Quality of Service
• Strong understanding of Voice-Over-IP solutions
• Strong understanding of SIP and global SIP deployments
• Strong understanding of ITIL.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with other senior architects within the organization.
• Must possess strong Project management and provide proven ability to build accurate project timelines and deliver on-time projects.
• Ability and willingness to take direction from the Service Delivery Manager and Client Executives.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to adapt to a changing technical environment.
• Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Customer facing presentation and consulting skills.
• Experience and understanding of designing, deploying or managing a Hosted Platform.
• Experience and understanding of multi-tenancy in hosted solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
