We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Senior Developer with 4–8 years of hands-on expertise in full-cycle implementations, system customization, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing technical architectures, building scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions across implementation and enhancement projects
• Develop advanced customizations using the X++ extensions framework, including business logic, forms, workflows, and reports
• Build and integrate solutions with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Develop scalable applications using X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and D365 development tools (Visual Studio) in alignment with Microsoft best practices
• Create and manage integrations using Data Entities, OData, Azure services, Azure Service Bus, and related middleware technologies
• Implement structured CI/CD pipelines, source control, branching strategies, and deployments using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical designs
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot system issues, configure security roles, and support ongoing enhancements
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with release management processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• Experience with enterprise integrations using OData, REST/SOAP APIs, and Azure-based services
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
