Job Description

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team and lead the customization, integration, and optimization of our D365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/ERP).
• Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Dynamics solutions.
• Provide technical documentation and user training when necessary.
• Optimize system performance and implement best practices for Dynamics development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2- 3years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM or ERP).
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, and data migration tools.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model and role-based access.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or similar certifications.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of business processes in Sales, Finance, or Operations modules

• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
