What we are looking for:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to help design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions aligning to business needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365, business process mapping, and stakeholder management, with the ability to align technology with customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess business requirements and translate them into effective CRM system solutions.
Implement CRM best practices, optimized workflows, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead end-to-end system implementation, including customization and configuration tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service to streamline processes and improve customer engagement.
Manage data migration, cleansing, and integration with other business systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and deliver user training, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing support to drive user adoption.
Monitor system performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Ensure all CRM solutions comply with data privacy and security regulations, while supporting change management initiatives to encourage successful adoption across the organization.
Essential experience required:
3-5 Years Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Experience
Strong knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights modules.
Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of D365 applications.
Participation in full project cycles involving D365 implementations.
Power Platform experience
Proficient and hands-on in Power Automate
Field Service Mobile App (customizations and UI design)
