We’re growing our internal CRM team and are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM expert who can independently deliver high-quality solutions across the Sales and Customer Insights Journeys modules. You’ll work on complex customizations, integrations and continuous improvement of our CRM organizations with exposure to financial industry use cases.
What to do:
• Provide Operational Support (Incident and Problem Management) and Change Management for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Do CRM customizations and develop custom web resources (JS, HTML) and plugins.
• Enhance and maintain integrations (SSIS integration packages, Cloud Flows).
• Work on Power BI paginated reports
• Contribute to agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
• Explore new release wave features, including Copilot, and proactively propose improvements.
• Diagnose and reverse-engineer existing logic to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
