Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.
Our Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem — spanning Sales Hub, Project Operations, and Customer Insights — is central to how we manage customer relationships, run projects, and drive data-led marketing decisions. As we scale, we need a dedicated developer to own, optimize, and continuously evolve this platform, ensuring it keeps pace with our business needs.
YOUR TASKS:
Sales Hub: Maintain and develop Sales Hub configurations including lead & opportunity management, sales pipelines, forecasting, and business process flows. Build and optimize custom plugins, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripts to support the sales team's evolving processes.
Project Operations: Own the Project Operations environment: customize project templates, resource management, time & expense workflows, and billing integrations. Extend functionality through custom entities, business rules, and automated approval flows to match project delivery standards.
Customer Insights: Build and maintain unified customer profiles, configure data sources and data unification rules, and develop segments and measures. Create and optimize real-time journeys, triggers, and marketing flows in collaboration with the CRM and marketing teams.
Platform-wide: Design and maintain cross-module Power Automate flows, custom connectors, and Dataverse integrations. Manage solution packaging, environment promotion, and ALM pipelines in Azure DevOps. Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and provide 3rd-level support for CRM-related issues.

3+ years Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
Fluent in English. German would be a plus
Hands-on with Sales Hub & its configuration
Project Operations — customization & flows
Customer Insights — journeys & segmentation
C# plugins & Power Automate (cloud flows)
Dataverse: entities, relationships, security
JavaScript / TypeScript for form scripting
Azure DevOps & solution ALM
