Required Skills:

Ø Install, configure and upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Ø Administer, monitor, support, and performance tune customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM installations

Ø Map functional system requirements to Dynamics CRM capabilities and design appropriate solutions.

Ø Configure entities and associated forms, views, and business rules in Dynamics CRM, including advanced validation of form data using Script,

Ø Configure call outs to CRM API and custom Microsoft.NET assemblies, and CRM ploug-ins.

Ø Create and modify Dynamics CRM workflows/processes

Ø Create and modify SQL Reporting Services reports for use inside and outside of Dynamics CRM.

Ø Create and modify dynamics CRM extensions to interface with other systems via message queues and web services

Ø Import data from other systems into Dynamics CRM

Ø Porting of CRM solutions between different environments.
