You will help clients build modern, reliable, and AI-ready data platforms using the full Microsoft stack. You balance hands-on delivery with strategic advisory, and you work in hybrid environments where legacy systems meet modern cloud architectures. What you will do : 

• Transformation pipelines: Develop, configure, and optimize data transformation pipelines (ELT/ETL) across the Microsoft stack—legacy on-premise workflows and cutting-edge cloud solutions
• Semantic modeling: Design, develop and optimize semantic data models that serve as the single source of truth
• Consulting & strategy: Support our clients in defining their modeling strategy and in designing their analytical "data factory," while integrating opportunities offered by AI (GenAI, conversational AI)
• Modernization: Actively participate in the modernization of BI environments: migrate on-premise workflows (SQL Server, SSIS) to cloud architectures (Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake)
• Quality & governance: Implement Analytics Engineering best practices (data testing, documentation, versioning) to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• Technology watch & innovation: Actively maintaining a technology watch and prototyping innovations (Fabric, Copilot Studio, Azure AI) to transform them into concrete service offerings

Technical must-haves:

• T-SQL (optimization, stored procedures, functions)
• Power BI Desktop and Service (DAX, RLS, Apps)
• Data warehousing : proficiency in modeling concepts(Kimball/Inmon)
• On-Prem stack : SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS
• Cloud stack : Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric
• Storage : ADLS Gen2, OneLake
• AI Integration : Copilot Studio,  Azure AI Services
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
