לארגון מוביל דרוש/ה תומך/ת טכני/ת לתחום Microsoft 365, אבטחת מידע ותחזוקת מחשבים. במסגרת התפקיד
תינתן תמיכה למשתמשי קצה בארגון, פתרון תקלות טכניות, התקנות והגדרות מערכות.
תחומי אחריות:
 תמיכה טכנית במשתמשי קצה בסביבת Microsoft 365 ( (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive
 פתרון תקלות תוכנה וחומרה בתחנות עבודה.
 הכנת מחשבים חדשים והתקנתם לפי נהלי הארגון.
 תמיכה והגדרות בתחומי אבטחת מידע, כולל גישה לרשת הארגונית, אנטי-וירוס, הרשאות ועוד.
 מתן שירות פרונטלי ומרוחק, תוך שמירה על סטנדרטים גבוהים של שירותיות ומקצועיות.
 עבודה תחת זמני לחץ וניהול משימות באופן עצמאי ויעיל.
