We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Systems Specialist to support our customers’ digital workplaces — securing identities, managing modern endpoints, and enhancing cloud productivity using Microsoft’s advanced security stack.

What You’ll Do

Administer, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)

Configure and manage Entra ID identity/security policies, SSO, conditional access, MFA

Manage endpoint configuration and security through Microsoft Intune / Windows Autopilot

Support hybrid identity environments with on-premises Active Directory sync

Deploy and monitor advanced Microsoft security controls (Defender, Secure Score, ATP)

Onboard new tenants — licensing, provisioning, migration, configuration, validation

Respond to service tickets, tenant escalations, phishing incidents, and access issues

Assist with data loss prevention, compliance policies, retention, and auditing

Contribute to automation, documentation, and standardization of cloud service delivery

Collaborate with SOC/NOC teams for integrated defenses using Microsoft Sentinel

What You Bring

✔ 2–5+ years experience in M365 administration in a multi-tenant or enterprise environment
✔ Strong knowledge of Entra (Azure AD) identity, roles, groups, Conditional Access
✔ Hands-on with Intune (policies, compliance, Windows/Mac/iOS/Android management)
✔ Familiarity with M365 security, compliance, and threat protection tools
✔ Experience supporting users, devices, and identities across distributed organizations
✔ Excellent analytical, root-cause troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

Microsoft Security / M365 certifications (MS-102, SC-200, MD-102, AZ-500)

Azure Virtual Desktop, VDI, or Windows 365 familiarity

PowerShell scripting for M365 automation

English, French and Spanish language skills (advantageous)
