Einleitung:
Für eine international tätige Unternehmensgruppe mit Hauptsitz in Hamburg (ca. 2.500 Mitarbeitende weltweit) suchen wir im Zuge einer strategischen IT-Neuausrichtung Verstärkung im Microsoft-365-Umfeld.

Hier wird derzeit die gesamte IT-Struktur modernisiert und globaler ausgerichtet. Ziel ist es, gewachsene Strukturen aufzubrechen, Know-how intern zu stärken und die M365- sowie Azure-Landschaft nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben:
Diese Position verbindet operative Verantwortung mit architektonischem Gestaltungsspielraum.

Im Fokus stehen:

• Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung inkl. Entra

• Architektur- und Designentscheidungen im Modern-Workplace-Umfeld

• Security-nahe Themen (z. B. Identity, Zugriffskonzepte, Zusammenarbeit mit externem SOC-Partner)

• Schrittweise Ablösung bestehender On-Prem-Strukturen

• Internationale Abstimmung mit Standorten außerhalb Deutschlands

Es geht ausdrücklich nicht nur um Administration, sondern um nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Mitgestaltung einer global genutzten Umgebung.

Dein Profil:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft-365-Umfeld (z. B. Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, Endpoint)

• Verständnis für Architektur-Zusammenhänge und Security-Schnittstellen

• Erfahrung mit hybriden Umgebungen und Transformationsprojekten

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die strukturiert arbeitet, fachlich diskutieren kann und Lust hat, in einem internationalen Setup Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
