COSMOTE Global Solutions, as a member of OTE Group of Companies, is an ICT Systems Integrator delivering a broad range of ICT Solutions and Services.

CGS provides a broad range of ICT Services focusing on: Cloud, Data Centre operations, Networking, Cybersecurity, BI and Data Warehouse, Big Data, Service Desk, Proactive Monitoring, Operations and Support, Service Management, Project and Programme Management, and Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint/M365 solutions
• Design and structure SharePoint sites, including CVs, knowledge areas, and Copilot platforms
• Support change management initiatives, including training, user support, and feedback collection
• Ensure solutions are user-friendly, well-designed, and adoption-focused.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions delivery.(for Seniors only)
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration and development.
• Proven experience in migrating to SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Excellent understanding of SharePoint frameworks, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Technical proficiency in SharePoint Online, Lists, Libraries, and workflows.
• Experience in creating custom SharePoint solutions, applications, and web parts.
• Design-oriented mindset with proven experience in SharePoint site architecture, information architecture, and content organization.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, including driving user adoption, training, and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Certification in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint technologies is highly desirable.
