Microsoft 365 & Copilot Specialist

At Implement, we’re looking to enhance and strengthen our IT team in Hellerup with a Microsoft 365 and Copilot specialist.

 

What you’ll do

Joining us as a Microsoft 365 & Copilot specialist, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks. You’ll participate in and operate as the technical lead on our ‘Digital Capabilities’ project, which aims to improve users' utilisation of the existing Microsoft 365 products and other digital tools at Implement.

You’ll also continuously update knowledge about the Microsoft 365 suite of products with a strong focus on AI tools within the Microsoft 365 suite, and communicate it to our users – through training and other forms of digital communication.

The tasks will vary, but likely include:

• Supporting development tasks in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Optimising processes in IT and Implement in general using AI
• Managing our SharePoint Online tenant and assisting with maintaining our intranet
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of our SharePoint project sites
• Setting up Purview in collaboration with our security team
• Maintaining user documentation, guides, and process descriptions

 

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a skilled person with around two years of experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Office, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview and PowerApps and Power Automate) at a specialist level.

You should also have a strong interest in AI and the AI tools within the Microsoft 365 suite.

Your background could be a relevant education in IT with a special focus on communication, application, and data management.

We’d prefer it if you’re outgoing, positive, proactive, and prepared to show initiative. You’ll be a great match if you, like the rest of us here, are driven by curiosity and naturally service-oriented.

While Implement’s corporate language is English; you must also be fluent in written and spoken Danish to land this role.
