Manage Microsoft Purview compliance solutions including DLP, retention policies, and eDiscovery
Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and drive remediation efforts in collaboration with IT and security leadership
Conduct periodic access reviews and security audits to support ongoing risk management
Microsoft 365 Tenant Migrations
Plan, execute, and manage Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, including Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams content
Lead pre‑migration assessments, cutover planning, and post‑migration validation to ensure minimal disruption to end users
Utilize migration toolsets such as Microsoft FastTrack, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, or equivalent platforms
Document migration runbooks, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and rollback procedures
Support migrations as needed for acquisitions, divestitures, or organizational change
Who You Are:
3+ years of progressive experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment
Comfortable owning a Microsoft 365 tenant end‑to‑end, from daily operations through strategic improvements
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy, security, and process efficiency
Your Toolkit:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online
Working knowledge of Microsoft security tools including Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365
