Apoyar a la dirección en términos administrativos de varias naturalezas, destacando el control de actividades de la dirección y los gerentes, reuniones de seguimiento del equipo y apoyo en reportería. Apoyar al área de Ciberseguridad en el seguimiento a la implementación de proyectos del Plan Director de Seguridad; gestión de las alertas de seguridad de la información comunicadas por la Comisión u otros medios, así como los incidentes de Seguridad de la Información; a los alertamientos detectados a través de la medición de los indicadores de seguridad reportados por SGT, incluyendo la gestión de actividades para atenderlos. Apoyar al área de Ciberseguridad en el proceso de gestión de vulnerabilidades, incluyendo la ejecución de los escaneos de vulnerabilidades, elaboración de informe, coordinación de las reuniones de revisión, evaluación y determinación de planes de acción, así como seguimiento de implementación de los planes definidos. En coordinación con el director de TI, gestionar, controlar y coordinar la relación con los diversos proveedores de TI, incluyendo los contratos de servicio existentes o nuevos que se necesiten establecer, atención de incidencias y seguimiento de proyectos.
