Responsibilities:
Arrange Materials for assigned projects by communicating with internal order desk and purchasing department.
Review previous day’s attendance for assigned sites and prepare project progress report
Communicate with Clients of assigned projects to coordinate attendance.
Coordinate crew on site to properly execute projects assigned.
Supervise crew on sites to ensure proper completion of work, as well as adhesion to safety on any site visited.
Coordinate with Service Admin to mark completed different projects involved in.
Communicate and report daily with direct supervisor for all site attendances planned for that day.
Communicate on a weekly basis with entire team during schedule meetings to coordinate expected attendances to site.
Supervise any sites which direct supervisor indicates to attend.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, engineers, architects, etc. and represent the interests of the company.
Complete safety report visits of any site visited.
Enter photos taken on site at different sites into Service Management program
Review service management program to receive information of different projects, as well as entering and storing project files for later use & archiving.
Review project organizational program Procore to receive information of different projects, as well as entering and storing project files for later use & archiving.
Pricing:
Prepare takeoffs and pricing for metal projects, Small-Large, Supply both Labor/Materials, metal flashing/cladding.
Quantify materials required for projects
Read, Review, and Understand Drawings
Quantify labor required for projects (confer with metals department)
Request and Receive subcontractor pricing
Dispatch all metal crews to various previously assigned sites
Prepare schedule of installation work for daily metal flashing/cladding crews
Communicate with Metal Flashing/Cladding Manager for scheduling approval end of the day each day.
Issue schedule of work to all pertinent parties involved in metal projects
Compensation
Salary Range: $50,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
