About the role: Meta Ads Consultant

Properstar is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Meta Ads Consultant to help us scale our brand and drive growth through Meta’s advertising platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll be responsible for building our Meta advertising strategy from the ground up and running effective ad campaigns that deliver results in our key markets: Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, France, and Southern Europe.

This is a maker’s role, perfect for someone who loves to both strategize and execute, thrives in small, agile teams, and prefers action over endless meetings. You’ll work closely with the CPO and our marketing team to ensure our campaigns are data-driven, creative, and always pushing for better performance.

 
Location: Remote, preferably Eastern/Southern Europe – must be available to work within GMT – GMT+3 time zones

What You’ll Do:

Strategy: Develop and implement a full-funnel Meta ads strategy tailored to Properstar’s target markets.

Execution: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and acquisition.

Performance: Analyse campaign data, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve ROI.

Collaboration: Work closely with the CPO and marketing team to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives.


Creative: Advise on and help create ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign impact.


Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.

Skills and experience:

Experience: Proven track record running successful Meta ad campaigns, ideally for startups or scale-ups.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimisation.


Analytical: Comfortable with data, measurement, and reporting—able to turn insights into action.


Hands-On: You love to both build the strategy and get into the weeds of campaign execution.

Entrepreneurial: Fast thinker, fast learner, and a true maker who gets shit done.


Languages: Fluent in English; other European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French) are a plus.
