Your role at Hostinger

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our lifecycle communications reliably reach users across email, WhatsApp, and SMS while helping the team scale messaging safely across markets. You’ll monitor sender reputation and channel health, identify deliverability risks early, and guide how and where we expand communication across channels.
In this role, you'll be a part of the Lifecycle team of seven people and will collaborate closely with Lifecycle specialists, Product, Data, Engineering, and other teams to support growth initiatives.

Your day-to-day:
•
Monitoring inbox placement, sender reputation, suppression signals, and filtering behavior

•
Tracking WhatsApp template health, quality ratings, and throughput

•
Monitoring SMS carrier filtering and sender performance

•
Investigating and resolving deliverability incidents, detecting early and addressing before campaigns are impacted.

•
Staying ahead of provider changes and enforcement policies

•
Messaging decisions and channel mix choices are based on market-level signals and channel performance, not just campaign metrics.

•
Lifecycle teams have clear guidance on when to increase messaging, when to shift channels, and when to slow down.

Your skills and experience:
•
At least 2 years of experience owning or managing email deliverability at scale

•
Strong understanding of inbox filtering and provider rules

•
Experience working with lifecycle or CRM teams

•
Hands-on experience with deliverability monitoring and analysis

•
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn signals into clear recommendations

•
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams

•
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English

Compensation:
• Gross salary from 3300 to 5800 EUR/month gross (depending on your experience).
