We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artistic design, excellent UI expertise, and the ability to convert high-level requirements into interaction flows and deliverables, ultimately creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. This role also involves developing, testing, and debugging web and mobile applications utilizing the MEAN/MERN stack. You will collaborate closely with team members and technical leads to address challenges, improve applications, and continuously acquire knowledge of new technologies.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
• Depict design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Create graphical user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Construct page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Produce UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and appearance.
• Design original graphics, including images, sketches, and tables.
• Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness problems.
• Follow style guidelines related to fonts, colors, and imagery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar capacity.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Familiarity with wireframe tools, for example, Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• A strong team player with effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in developing, testing, and debugging web and mobile applications using the MEAN/MERN stack.
• Commitment to maintaining code quality by adhering to best practices.
• An eagerness to stay informed about emerging technologies and to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in IT programming.
• Practical experience with Web and Mobile App Development using the MEAN/MERN stack is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
