Seeking associates with 4-6 years of M&A experience to join our corporate group. Experience representing leading private equity funds, their portfolio companies and public companies in a full range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, re-capitalization, leveraged financing, restructurings and reorganizations is helpful. Large law firm experience is preferred. Philadelphia or  New York office
