Techo-Bloc is seeking a Project Manager – Creative Merchandising to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects, including indoor boutique displays, exterior product showcases, trade show booths, and event installations. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented project manager who can juggle multiple projects, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with diverse teams to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Projects from Start to Finish – Oversee the development and execution of creative merchandising projects, ensuring smooth planning, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with designers, architects, fabricators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Develop and Track Project Plans – Create and manage detailed project briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining clear documentation.
• Facilitate Vendor & Supplier Management – Source, negotiate, and oversee relationships with third-party vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Problem-Solve & Adapt – Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track.
• Measure Success – Track project performance against key metrics and recommend process improvements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, marketing, design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within merchandising, retail displays, events, or related fields.
• Bilingual (French & English required) to support clients across North America.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects with tight deadlines and many moving parts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Monday.com, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
