We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to lead the operational performance and evolution of our retail and event merchandising environments. This role requires someone who can bring structure, improve processes, and ensure merchandising initiatives are delivered efficiently and generate measurable business value. The right candidate will focus on building scalable systems, increasing speed of execution, and ensuring strong collaboration across teams.

You act as the central driver of cross-department collaboration, bringing together Sales, Creative, Events, Production, and Logistics to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure merchandising initiatives are delivered efficiently and on brand. You will oversee the team responsible for designing dealer displays, outdoor merchandising environments, and event installations. Working closely with the Creative Lead and Project Manager, you will ensure merchandising initiatives are delivered on time, operate efficiently, and support the broader brand and marketing strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution, requiring someone who can build strong processes, improve team performance, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build operational structure and scalable processes• Establish clear workflows and operational standards for merchandising initiatives from planning through installation 
• Improve the speed and efficiency of merchandising execution across dealer environments and events 
• Implement systems and dashboards to track progress, workload, and operational performance 
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize the merchandising process

•  Improve delivery speed and operational performance• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure merchandising initiatives move efficiently through the project pipeline 
• Ensure merchandising programs are delivered on time and with strong operational discipline 
• Standardize merchandising packages and processes to improve consistency and efficiency

•  Ensure merchandising investments deliver measurable value• Analyze merchandising costs, budgets, and return on investment across display programs and installations 
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards that provide visibility into performance and financial impact 
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize the impact of merchandising investments

•  Drive adoption of dealer merchandising programs• Support the rollout and implementation of merchandising programs across the dealer network 
• Ensure merchandising initiatives support product launches, dealer engagement, and marketing initiatives

•  Lead and manage the merchandising team• Manage and mentor a team of drafters and landscape architects responsible for designing, producing merchandising plans and installation documentation 
• Ensure clear priorities, accountability, and strong performance across the team 
• Foster effective collaboration with Creative, Merchandising Operations, Project Management, Marketing, and Sales teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing
• 10+ years of experience in merchandising, retail environments, experiential programs, or a similar operational role
• 5+ leading or mentoring
• Proven experience managing end-to-end merchandising or display programs across multiple locations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Creative, Production, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Experience managing teams (designers, drafters, architects, or production roles)
