About the team

We’re looking for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join our Merchandising team. You’ll support the delivery of great product ranges across our categories, helping us ensure customers can shop the right products at the right time.

This is an entry-level role where you’ll learn how ranges come to life, support day-to-day trading, and work closely with Buying and Merchandising to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a brilliant starting point if you’re looking to build a career in merchandising.

About the role

Your day-to-day will include:

• Keeping product and order information up to date across systems.
• Maintaining the orderbook, including updating intake dates and processing rebuys or cancellations.
• Working with our Operations teams to progress inbound stock and support on-time deliveries.
• Running regular reports and supporting the category team with admin and performance data.
• Resolving stock queries, such as discrepancies in deliveries, quantities, colours, or product setup.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the team organised, informed, and ready to make great commercial decisions.
