Job Description

Job Requirements:

Part-time merchandising: weekends

Stock shelves, floor displays, and coolers with Kohlfeld products in back stock inventory

Ensure product is rotated and managed

Ensure displays are merchandised properly and effectively

Maintain a clean and organized back stock area

Transport products from back stock to display areas using hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Communicate with Manager on the stock product or other issues noticed on site

Warehouse Support: 3 days in warehouse (flexible schedule)

Assist in product repack

Assist in warehouse housekeeping

Assist in other warehouse roles as needed

Qualifications:

No prior work experience is required, though prior experience in the grocery/retail/beverage industry is a plus

Excellent communications skills needed

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects

Ability to lift, load, unload, and move product that weighs up to 60 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED required

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Attend and complete required meetings and training
