What You Will Do
- Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope for mission-critical data center projects.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of critical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, power distribution, standby systems, and fire protection, ensuring 99.999% uptime and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the full MEP lifecycle from design development through construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Provide technical coordination and engineering oversight, including MEP design reviews and ensuring integration with structural and architectural components.
- Manage MEP budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.

What You Will Need
- Strong technical expertise, project leadership capability, and proven experience delivering complex data center or mission-critical facilities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project delivery.
- At least 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility projects.
- Bonus: Experience in high-voltage systems, standby power, UPS, generators, BMS, SCADA, and integrated testing procedures.
