Skilled MEP Foreman to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP installations and maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems and equipment.
• Deep electrical system, power generation maintenance, and repair knowledge
• Perform routine maintenance on MEP systems.
• Review MEP contractor shop drawing prior to submittal for service co-ordination and co-ordination with other construction elements
• To advice on any impact on services and raise Query to MEP Engineer
• Collaborate with team members.
• Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, and other mechanical & electrical systems
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems,
• Installing Equipments & fixtures, equipment for alarm, and safety and distribution components
• Reading technical diagrams
• Preventing breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing the components
• Coordinate tasks, allocate and delegate responsibilities to construction workers, and oversee quality of the site.
• Report the progress of the project to superior
• Allocate and delegate tasks to the team according to their capabilities
• DEWA rules and regulation must be known.
• Proven experience as MEP Foreman with at least 15 years in the field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical theory and methods, as well as safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving License
