Job Description
Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time (In-Person)
Inner Balance Counseling | Tempe OR Mesa, AZ
Are you on the hunt for a job where the grass is truly greener? A job you actually enjoy with reasonable expectations? A place where you're respected, cared for, and supported—not just with kind words but with real investment in your growth? Look no further—this could be the home you’ve been looking for.
Inner Balance Counseling is a trauma-informed counseling community providing outpatient mental health services to adults. We’re seeking a full-time, in-person therapist who wants a long-term professional home—not a side gig, and not supplemental employment. Our goal is to ensure our therapists are not just trauma-aware, but truly trauma-informed and fully supported in their work.
This role requires a consistent, full clinical caseload and regular on-site presence. It’s best suited for clinicians who thrive on collaboration, value accountability, and are excited about professional growth within a supportive, structured practice. If you prefer to clock in and out without a word, or you find 25 clients overwhelming, we might not be the right fit. But if you’re eager to grow and find a home, we’re the place for you.
