Job Description
Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LPC-A, LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT, LP)
About Trusted Results Therapy Group
Trusted Results Therapy Group is a CARF accredited, clinician led behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across South Carolina. We operate six offices (Charleston, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Rock Hill, and Columbia) plus statewide telehealth, with a team of more than 60 clinicians supported by a dedicated administrative, billing, and credentialing infrastructure. We are one of the fastest growing mental health groups in the state, and we built TRTG to be the kind of place clinicians actually want to stay.
Who We Are Looking For
We are hiring licensed and associate level therapists who want to do meaningful clinical work without the administrative burden that comes with most practice settings. Whether you are newly associate licensed and looking for strong supervision, or independently licensed and ready to build a caseload you enjoy, we want to hear from you. We actively welcome LMSW and LPC-A candidates and have a structured supervision pathway to full licensure built into the role.
What You Will Do
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy across the age and presenting issue range that fits your clinical interests. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in our EHR. Participate in team consultation, case collaboration, and continuing education. Work with our admin and referral teams who handle scheduling, intake, insurance verification, and billing so you can focus on clients.
What You Need
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. Active South Carolina licensure as an LMSW, LPC-A, LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT, or LP. Comfort working with at least two of the following populations: children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families. Solid documentation habits and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience with trauma focused or evidence based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, or IFS. Existing credentialing with Medicaid or commercial payers. Bilingual Spanish and English. Interest in a specialty track such as psychological testing, RBHS services, child and play therapy, or couples work.
What TRTG Offers
Competitive compensation based on licensure and experience, with transparent pay structure and room to grow as you build your caseload. Clinical supervision toward full licensure provided at no cost for LMSW and LPC-A clinicians. Full administrative support for scheduling, intake, insurance verification, credentialing, and billing, handled by dedicated teams so you are not chasing paperwork. Flexible schedule with the ability to build your own hours across telehealth and in person work. Real advancement pathways including specialty tracks, lead clinician roles, and program leadership as we continue to grow. A collaborative team culture with regular case consultation and a leadership group that is clinician founded and still clinically active.
