Job Description

We're growing our team!! Mindsight Behavioral Group is hiring for a Clinical Counselor in the following areas:

Louisville, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 4 days per week

Somerset, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 4 days per week

Richmond, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 3 days per week

Campbellsville, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 3 days per week

Mindsight Behavioral Group is a group practice committed to providing wraparound services to our community. We have locations throughout the state of Kentucky and we are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide excellent mental health services to everyone who needs it, especially those who may not otherwise be able to afford counseling. For this reason, we work hard to maintain relationships with Medicaid providers and about 80% of our clients are Medicaid recipients.

Despite the primary population that we serve, we are NOT an agency. In fact, we function on systems that make a workload sustainable and enjoyable for years to come. We’re in this for the long haul and we want clinicians who are, too.
