About the Role

We are hiring a Bid Manager to lead all tender and RFP activity across the MENA region.

You will own bids end-to-end locally while operating within a centralized global framework. Embedded in the regional commercial team, you will act as the bridge between HQ and local stakeholders in a high-growth, high-stakes market.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid processes across MENA markets

• Own proposal strategy, drafting, and submission for government clients

• Adapt global bid frameworks to local market requirements

• Ensure compliance with local procurement regulations, export controls, and data policies

• Coordinate inputs across Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, and Finance

• Act as primary client interface during bid cycles

• Monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes

• Feed regional insights into the central bid library and strategy

Candidate Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in Bid / Proposal Management or related roles. Experience working with Middle East government or institutional clients. Strong understanding of GCC procurement frameworks and regulatory constraints

• Complex Project Management: Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements in MENA.

• Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.

• Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives. Arabic is a plus.
