MEMBERSHIP SALES SPECIALIST

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

AM (4:15am-11:30am) and/or

PM (3:45pm-8:00pm)

1-2 Saturday mornings/month (7:45am-12:00pm)

10-20 HOURS PER WEEK

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:

Engage and build relationships with current and prospective members.

Achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products.

Strong interest in wellness and fitness.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Previous sales experience in fitness, retail sales, business development, or similar environments.

Execute the sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.

Conduct facility tours and identify individual member needs.

Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale.

Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.

Contribute content for social media and assist with light cleaning.
