Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.
Kelly Services is currently seeking Membership/Customer Service Representatives for one of our top insurance clients in Worthington, OH.
As a Membership Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will respond to incoming calls and may initiate outgoing calls, providing customer service to plan members, providers and employer groups by answering benefit questions, resolving issues and educating callers. Our client’s fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take career to the next level.
Pay rate: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Additional responsibilities include:
Position will involve data entry and issue resolution via e-mail and telephone
Responsible for enrollment, billing activities and/or maintaining assigned accounts
Verifies enrollment status, makes changes to records, researches and resolves enrollment system rejections Addresses a variety of enrollment questions and/or concerns received by phone or mail
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of the membership and billing function
Responds to inquiries concerning enrollment processes
Maintains enrollment database
Determines eligibility and applies contract language for each case assigned
Notifies clients of premium discrepancies through payment adjustment notices and detailed audits
Screens all forms and data for all paperwork received from Sales and/or Underwriting for new group and/or group re-classing benefits
Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills and attention to detail required
One year of related work experience, Call Center experience preferred
Accurate Data Entry and Excel – testing will be required
