💬 The Role

As a Member Support Specialist at Vitable, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare experience to our members. You’ll be the first point of contact for members using our plans and services—resolving inquiries, coordinating care, and ensuring every interaction reflects Vitable’s mission of accessible, affordable care.

You’ll report to our Senior Operations Manager and collaborate closely with both the Member Support and Provider Operations teams to drive member satisfaction and operational excellence.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Deliver a delightful healthcare experience through exceptional customer service for new and existing members.

• Engage with members via phone, email, text, and chat to resolve questions about appointments, prescriptions, lab work, and other aspects of their Vitable plan.

• Identify and coordinate external resources for members who need services beyond Vitable’s scope of care.

• Conduct proactive outreach to members and eligible employees to educate them on Vitable’s services and encourage utilization.

• Recognize and communicate workflow issues or process gaps, partnering with leadership to improve efficiency and service quality.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience — we value discipline, commitment, and work ethic.

• 5+ years of experience in customer support or operations — you’ve practiced solving problems and supporting others with empathy and efficiency.

• Experience using CRM systems or similar tools — you’re comfortable navigating software platforms to track and manage interactions.

• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.

• A team player who collaborates effectively, even in a remote environment.

• Passion for healthcare and health equity — you believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable care.

• Background working in start-ups and/or fast-paced environments — you are eager to learn and extremely adaptable.

Schedule (Philippine Time)

Flexibility to work 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT for the first 2–3 weeks.

Regular Schedule (Choose one):

• Thursday–Monday: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHTSaturday–Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT

💡 These correspond to daytime U.S. hours (EST), as you’ll collaborate with our U.S.-based team.
