Description

Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Member Services Specialist functions primarily as a subject matter expert

in the areas of Medicare Part D enrollment and eligibility procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpretation of TRR codes and the necessary actions to correct and resubmit

• Understanding the processing of LIS status and ensure compliance with CMS guidance

• Involvement with the enrollment procedures related to agents and assisting in managing their processing

and reporting

• Act as primary contact to State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIPS) offices to assist beneficiaries

who they are working with.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma

• Associates degree (preferred)

• Part D experience a plus.
