About the Opportunity

As a Member Service Advisor, you will be the smiling face that greets our members when they walk into our Cold Lake branch. This role is an opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career in banking! You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service by:

Processing Transactions: Accurately processing member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, money orders, wires, cheque cashing, calculation of foreign and domestic exchange.

Identifying Needs: Get to know our members and discover their financial needs, making recommendations for our LCU products and services, referring them to appropriate team member as needed.

Creating a Positive Culture: Contribute to a workplace where we celebrate successes and work towards shared goals.

More About You

To qualify for this role, you will need your High School Diploma and customer service experience. A business certificate or diploma is a bonus, but what we really want is someone with a passion for delivering personalized service and a willingness to learn and grow!

If you are detail-oriented, have strong organization and time management skills, and understand basic accounting principles, we want you on our team!
