Als stagiair Social Media ben jij onderdeel van ons enthousiaste MarCom-team (14 collega’s) en help je mee om ons werkgeversmerk zichtbaar en aantrekkelijk te maken. Jij draagt bij aan de uitvoering van social media voor onze werkenbij-kanalen met focus op Instagram. Samen zorgen we voor creatieve content die professionals inspireert om bij Conclusion te komen werken.

Dit ga je doen

• Contentcreatie: Je helpt bij het bedenken, schrijven en maken van posts, stories en short form video’s (reels/shorts) voor Instagram.

• Planning & uitvoering: Je ondersteunt bij het beheren van de social contentkalender en zorgt dat alles op tijd live staat. Onze werkenbij-content plaats je op onze socials, werkenbij-site en het intranet.

• Community management: Je monitort reacties en DM’s en denkt mee over manieren om onze volgers te betrekken.

• Employer branding: Je werkt samen met collega’s van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie om onze cultuur zichtbaar te maken.

• Interne Communicatie: We delen content vaak ook intern. Je helpt met plaatsen en delen via interne (sociale) media. Het doel? Betrokken medewerkers, die zich ambassadeur van de organisatie voelen.

• Optimalisatie: Je kijkt mee naar statistieken en leert hoe we posts steeds beter kunnen laten presteren.
