BAS richt zich op het aantrekken van talent, zoals stagiaires, afstudeerders en starters. Van een actieve samenwerking met scholen tot het enthousiasmeren van studenten voor een carrière in de automotive. Als stagiair binnen Campus Recruitment werk je mee aan het gehele proces: van het opbouwen van relaties met scholen, het vertegenwoordigen van BAS op campus-events en beurzen, tot het bedenken van creatieve campagnes en content die talenten aanspreekt.
