Die ASAM praevent sucht eine Arbeitsmedizinische Assistenz / Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (w/m/d) in Teilzeit am Standort Berlin.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Terminvereinbarungen mit dem Kunden für Vorsorgen und Untersuchungen in unserem Zentrum wie auch vor Ort beim Kunden und selbständige Vorbereitung von Terminen

• Assistenztätigkeiten als Schnittstelle zwischen Ärzt*Innen, Mitarbeiter*Innen und Kund*Innen

• Dokumentation von Vorsorgen/Eignungen und Leistungsnachweisen, Pflege der Kundendaten sowie allgemeine Administrationstätigkeiten in unserer arbeitsmedizinischen Software

• Durchführung von arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgen und Untersuchungen je nach erlangter Qualifikation

• Durchführung von Blutentnahmen und Impfungen nach erlangter Qualifikation

• Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten im Praxismanagement
