What You’ll Do

Own Your Market: Build relationships, win work, and grow the Medium Voltage division into a powerhouse.

Drive Growth: Cold call, network, and leverage your contacts to turn opportunities into revenue.

Lead Projects: Oversee MV field services from kickoff to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Innovate Without Red Tape: Improve processes, streamline execution, and make things happen—fast.

Build Your Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead top-tier technicians and engineers across North America.

Deliver Results: Hit revenue, margin, and client satisfaction goals—and get rewarded for it.

What Success Looks Like

Strong client base with repeat business

What You Bring

Electrical Engineering diploma/degree, PSE, or equivalent

NETA certification preferred

10+ years’ experience in power systems, commissioning, or MV services

Hands-on expertise with breakers, relays, transformers, and switchgear

Proven ability to lead people and deliver results

Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build, not just manage

Willingness to travel ~25%

A valid driver’s license and safety certifications (First Aid/CPR, etc.)
