• At least one year of documented experience working in a U.S.-based medical clinic or healthcare administrative environment is required.
• The candidate must have documented experience using medical appointment scheduling systems or related platforms.
• The ability to triage and screen patient calls effectively, following standardized medical communication protocols, must be demonstrated.
• The candidate must show proven patience and strong communication skills, particularly when assisting elderly patients or individuals who require detailed guidance.
• A proficiency assessment in Google Workspace tools—including Gmail, Google Chat, and Google Spaces—must be passed.
• Verifiable experience operating VoIP phone systems is required.
• Proof of a reliable high-speed internet connection is required, with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• The candidate must provide documentation confirming a professional remote work environment that meets specified acoustic and visual standards.
