Job Title: Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter)
Position Type: Part-Time
Work hours: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time
Work days: Friday to Sunday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour, depending on experience
Workplace: Remote
Preferred Candidate Location: Philippines
We are seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter) to support our client's growing practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and experience handling patient interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Appointment scheduling and confirmation
• Sending reminders and follow-ups to patients
• Responding to patient inquiries via email and CRM
• Managing incoming leads through Go High Level (GHL)
• Booking appointments quickly to prevent lead drop-off
• Following up with leads during off-hours to improve conversion
• Handling objections and guiding patients toward booking
• Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times

Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience
• Excellent English communication skills (clear voice, no heavy accent)
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service
• Strong rapport-building and persuasion skills
• Ability to respond quickly and manage time-sensitive inquiries
• Experience handling patient inquiries and objections
• Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM tools (preferred)
• Basic medical knowledge or experience in a healthcare setting
• Reliable internet connection and strong work ethic
• Availability for weekends and off-hours work
Basic Requirements
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
Technical Requirements
• Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
• Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
