Medical Virtual Assistant (Pooling)

Global Pacific Support is building a talent pool of skilled Medical Virtual Assistants to support our healthcare clients. This pooling opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in one or two core areas of medical administrative support who are seeking long-term, remote work opportunities.

Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in at least one (1) or two (2) of the following areas:

• Medical Billing, Collections, and Basic Bookkeeping
• Insurance claim submission, tracking, and follow-up
• Denials management, appeals, and AR follow-ups
• Payment posting and patient billing
• Basic bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliations and record tracking

• Credentialing
• Provider credentialing and re-credentialing
• CAQH profile management
• Insurance payer enrollment and tracking

• Reception / Front Desk Support
• Professional handling of patient calls
• Appointment scheduling
• Insurance verification and patient coordination

Experience in all areas is not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a related healthcare role
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare administrative processes
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• HIPAA certification is an advantage but not required
