Job Description

Medical Technologist – Night Shift (Full-Time, Rotating Weekends)

Location: Fivay Rd. Hudson, FL 34667

Schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating weekends

Salary Range: $27.09 – $37.92/hr (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hr

On-Call Pay: $2.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (for Night Shift)

Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and stat clinical lab tests in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology

• Operate laboratory equipment and maintain appropriate documentation

• Accurately analyze specimens and report test results promptly

• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance (e.g., CAP)

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance

• Maintain inventory of reagents and supplies

• Support interdepartmental goals for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction

• Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (required)

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (preferred)

• State of Florida Technologist License (or ability to obtain before start)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
