The Medical Staff Administrative Assistant works directly with the Medical Staff Manager in completion of clerical tasks related to the Medical Staff Department.  Will assure all tasks are completed in a professional and competent manner, meeting department deadlines.  Will be responsible for Medical Staff Services including provider credentialing, scheduling meetings, meeting agendas and minutes, and follow-up actions and correspondence.

Prefer bachelor's degree in healthcare or business related field, or Office Technology course with medical office course work preferred.  Requires proven ability to effectively develop and utilize advance knowledge of various software applications.  Requires proven problem solving skills with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in the same time period.  Requires strong organizational and prioritization skills.
