Your mission::
• Be the main point of contact for users (medical staff) and build close relationships with them
• As an expert for our software, you help users directly with problems and ensure quick solutions
• You recognize when problems are due to software errors, document them thoroughly and pass them on to the relevant team. Your technical understanding will help you do this.
• Be the contact person and support the team in the successful use of our software
• Collect valuable feedback from our users and pass it on to our product managers in a structured form
Your talent::
• At least 3 years of experience as technical support, software support or similar
• Fluency in written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
• Interest in the medical field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and good relationships
• High technical affinity, ideally with experience of working with practical software or similar systems
• Ability to structure information in an efficient way
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
