Medical Scribe Part Time - Mid
Salary Range: PHP 21,500 - PHP23,500
Client's Industry: Healthcare/Wellness/Oncology
Client location: California, USA
Assistant Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day, Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Goal:
Quickly hire a part-time (20 hours/week) medical scribe to support a provider, with potential to scale to full-time as business grows.

Client Business Overview:
Startup company, currently not very busy but expecting growth with a new doctor joining. Sees about 10 patients/day for the specific provider. Services include cancer care, integrative/functional medicine, chronic disease management, and specialty lab orders. Uses eClinicalWorks (ECW) as their EMR.

Top 3 Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
*Live scribing during patient consultations for the provider (real-time documentation).
*Sending orders and specialty test kits to patients’ homes after visits.
*Entering new patient information, uploading documents, and ensuring charts are ready for providers.

Software Tools and Websites Required:
*eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR
*Specialty lab ordering platforms (not specifically named)
*Internal communication/tracking tools (open to using Wing’s platform or their own spreadsheet process)

VA English Communications according to:
Reading/Comprehension: Must be strong; must understand medical terminology and instructions.
Written: Must be clear and accurate for charting and patient orders.
Speak: Must have excellent spoken English for live scribing and communication; accent must not be a barrier.

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
