Job Purpose
To communicate complex scientific data, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and provide strategic support for the company's medical and scientific objectives. Through engagement, education, and collaboration, the MSL has to ensure that healthcare professionals have the knowledge and insights needed to optimize patient care and outcomes. In addition, this role will be accountable for coordinating, guiding, and supporting the activities of the company’s Medical Science Liaison team.
Key Responsibilities
To serve as scientific reference for the medical community in the specialties of cardiology, urology and psychiatry, fostering effective communication between the organization and healthcare professionals.
Establish trust-based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
Promote effective collaboration between sales, marketing and medical departments.
Develop presentations for healthcare professionals, emphasizing the implications, benefits, and characteristics of the products.
Provide training to the sales and marketing team on the scientific issues concerning the products.
Accountable for coordinating, guiding, and supporting the activities of the company’s Medical Science Liaison team.
Required Education
University degree in Health Sciences (medicine, pharmacy or related fields)
Postgraduate in Health Sciences is a plus

Required Skills and Experience
A minimum of five years’ experience as a Medical Science Liaison
Previous experience in cardiology, psychiatry, urology or oncology is essential
Proven ability to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Ability to search, analyze, and present clinical/scientific information to diverse audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team-working abilities
Required Languages
Proficiency in English.
